Hauptcharaktere des im London des Jahres 2054 angesiedelten Romans sind der walisische Adelige Geraint Llanfrechfa und der elfische Magier Serrin Shamandar.
"Streets of Blood" wurde der 1992 von Roc Books in englischer Originalsprache veröffentlicht. Eine deutsche Übersetzung erschien im Heyne Verlag unter dem Titel "Blutige Straßen", wobei Co-Autor Marc Gascoigne auf dem Cover nicht erwähnt wird.
