The Neo-Anarchist's Guide to North America ist ein Quellenbuch für die erste Edition des Pen- and Paper-Rollenspiels Shadowrun. Das Buch befasst sich abgesehen von - Seattle, Tír Tairngire, Aztlan und der Vertragsstadt Denver - mit all jenen Staaten des veränderten Nordamerika, die nicht Teil der Native American Nations sind: UCAS, CAS, der République de Québec und dem California Free State.

Das Buch wurde 1991 von FASA in englischer Sprache veröffentlicht.

Eine französische Übersetzung erschien 1994 bei Descartes Editeur unter dem Titel "Le Guide Néo-Anarchiste de l'Amérique du Nord".

1997 wurde es von Fantasy Productions ins Deutsche übersetzt und mit der Übersetzung von "Native American Nations Volume One" und "Native American Nations Volume Two" im "Nordamerika Quellenbuch" zusammengefasst. In diesem fehlen allerdings (neben den Abenteuern der beiden "Native American Nations"-Bänden) die Kapitel zum California Free State und San Fransisco sowie ein bißchen Anarchie Info aus dem "Neo-Anarchist's Guide to North America".
